The Barefoot Caster experience is about preserving memories, capturing a moment in time and recording in three-dimension the form of a loved one. My service to you is bespoke & uniqe to your requirements. My casting service includes bump to birth, families, friendships, milestone celebrations, weddings & I also offer the very sensitive service of end of life & memorial castings.

Cancellations
Here at The Barefoot Caster I am over the moon when you chose to use me to help capture your special moments. Before we can confirm your booking I just ask that you read the following terms and conditions and let me know if you have any questions.
When booking a £50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment day/time. When payment has been received your appointment will be confirmed. It is understandable that life sometimes throws challenges at us and that you may have to reschedule or cancel. A minimum of 48hrs notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. The £50 deposit is non refundable and non transferable If these terms are not met.
Late Arrival
Due to tight schedule please adhere to your set day and time of your appointment. If you are running slightly late please do try and let me know. If you are running late I will do my best to accommodate you but this will depend on my bookings for that day. Please understand if I am unable to fit you in then you will have to reschedule and pay another deposit.
Late Payments
Due to reoccurring late or unpaid payments, I reserve the right to apply a late payment fee.
From September 1st, 2024, a late payment fee of 5% will be charged daily on any outstanding balance.
Please ensure payments are paid on or before the date indicated on your invoice to avoid these additional charges. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I encourage open communication. If you anticipate any issues with meeting payment deadlines, kindly reach out to discuss potential arrangements.
